1. Overview & Scope
DemandReady Data is a brand operated by Mixed Media Ventures, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“DemandReady Data,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides search-intent data and audience activation services to business customers (“Customers”) across email, direct mail, connected TV, audio, out-of-home, and other marketing channels. This Policy covers two distinct groups of people:
- Website visitors and prospects — anyone who visits demandreadydata.com, requests a consultation, or otherwise contacts us directly (“you” in most of this Policy); and
- Consumers and business contacts reflected in our data products — individuals whose search behavior, publicly available information, or co-op/partner-sourced signals are aggregated into the intent-data audiences we license to Customers, even though they have never visited our website or interacted with us directly (see Section 10 for rights that apply specifically to this group).
This Policy does not apply to information Customers collect on their own websites or through their own channels, or to how a Customer subsequently uses data it licenses from us — those activities are governed by the Customer's own privacy notices and by the Data Processing Agreement between DemandReady Data and the Customer where applicable.
2. Who We Are
DemandReady Data is a search-intent data provider: we identify signals that indicate a consumer or business is actively researching a product or service, and help our Customers reach that audience through the channel(s) best suited to their campaign. We do not operate a consumer-facing product; our direct relationship is with business Customers, and the underlying data is sourced through a network of consented, opt-in data partners as described in Section 4.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information you provide to us directly
- Contact details submitted through our consultation request form or by email — name, company name, work email address, phone number, and a free-text description of your target audience or use case.
- Any additional information you choose to share with us in the course of a sales conversation, demo, or support request.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address (which we may resolve to an approximate business or geographic location), browser type, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, and timestamps.
- Cookie and similar tracking technology data as described in Section 7.
3.3 Information about individuals in our licensed data products
Separately from the website data above, DemandReady Data licenses intent-data audiences built from information about consumers and business decision-makers, including: hashed or pseudonymized identifiers, inferred or declared interest and intent signals (e.g., topics or categories a person appears to be researching), publicly available or co-op-sourced contact and firmographic data, and channel-matchable identifiers (e.g., postal address, resolved email, or connected-device identifiers) used solely to activate a Customer's campaign through the relevant channel. We do not knowingly include sensitive categories of personal information (such as health, financial account, or precise geolocation data) in our standard intent-data products.
3.4 Text messaging (SMS) and email communications
If you check the consent box on our consultation request form and provide a mobile phone number, you agree to receive text messages and emails from DemandReady Data, a Mixed Media Ventures, LLC property, about your consultation request, including scheduling, reminders and follow-up. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email or by contacting us at the address in Section 16.
We use the mobile phone number and consent records you provide (including the date, time, IP address and consent wording shown to you) solely to communicate with you about your request and to document your consent. Mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data and consent records collected through our website are not shared with, sold to or rented to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information only with service providers who help us deliver messages and operate our systems (such as our customer relationship management and messaging platform and wireless carriers), and only to provide those services to us. The “sale” and “sharing” disclosures in Section 6 relate to the intent-data audiences we license to business customers and do not apply to text messaging opt-in data collected through this website.
4. Sources of Information
We obtain information from the following sources:
- Directly from you, when you fill out a form, email us, or speak with our team.
- Automatically, through your use of our website (see Section 7).
- Third-party data partners and co-operatives. The intent signals underlying our audience products are sourced from a network of data partners and publisher/co-op relationships that collect information on a consented, opt-in basis at the point of collection. We require our upstream data partners to represent that they have the appropriate consents, notices, and legal basis in place before information enters our supply chain, and our current primary upstream data provider maintains SOC 2 Type II certification.
- Publicly available sources, such as business directories, professional networking profiles, and government or public records, used to supplement firmographic accuracy.
5. How We Use Information
- To respond to consultation requests, provide quotes, and operate our sales process.
- To build, maintain, refine, and validate our intent-data and audience products.
- To match, de-duplicate, and append records across data sources for accuracy.
- To deliver licensed audiences to Customers for activation across the channel(s) specified in the applicable order (email, direct mail, connected TV, audio, out-of-home, and similar).
- To maintain the security, integrity, and proper functioning of our website and systems.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights and the rights of others.
- For internal analytics, product improvement, and aggregate/de-identified reporting.
We do not use information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about an individual.
8. Data Retention
We retain website consultation and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate our sales relationship with you, plus a reasonable period thereafter to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Records within our intent-data products are refreshed and retired on a rolling basis consistent with data-partner license terms and our internal data quality standards, and in any case are deleted or de-identified upon a valid deletion request as described in Section 11.
9. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls limiting internal data access on a need-to-know basis, and vetting of data partners and service providers for appropriate security practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA & Other States)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), gives you the following rights with respect to your personal information:
- Right to Know — the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes of collection, and the categories of third parties with whom it has been disclosed or sold.
- Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing — direct us not to “sell” or “share” your personal information, including as described in Section 6.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — to the extent we process any sensitive personal information (we do not do so in our standard intent-data products).
- Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (including, among others, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, and Texas) have similar rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information or targeted advertising under their respective state laws; we will honor validated requests from any U.S. resident consistent with applicable law, regardless of the specific statute cited.
If your information appears in our licensed intent-data products but you have never interacted with DemandReady Data directly, you still have the rights described above. Because our records are pseudonymized/hashed and sourced from third-party data partners, we may ask you to provide matching identifiers (such as an email address or postal address) solely to locate and verify your record before honoring your request.
11. How to Exercise Your Rights
You may submit a privacy rights request by:
- Emailing us at grow@demandreadydata.com with the subject line “Privacy Rights Request”; or
- Sending the GPC opt-out signal from a supported browser, which we will honor for your browsing session on our website.
We will verify your request using a reasonable method proportionate to the sensitivity of the data involved, which may include matching the identifiers you provide against our records. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent's authorization and, separately, verification of your own identity. We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable once by an additional 45 days with notice to you).
12. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are directed to businesses and are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and our intent-data products are not built to target or include known minors. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child, we will take steps to delete it.
13. International Visitors
DemandReady Data is based in the United States and our services are primarily directed to U.S. Customers and U.S. consumer/business audiences. If you access our website from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
14. Third-Party Links & Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (for example, our customer relationship management platform). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will update the “Last Updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice as appropriate.
